What did you do to your dub today?

Here's Lex helping me (re: doing everything) remove my blown 020.  The drive shaft was fine thank you very much!   :)

replaced the window clips on the driver side door as the window fell into the door on friday

Did a bit of rewiring:  Brought 12v switched power into my glove box to power my usb HD which I connected to my deck.  160Gb of space for music is at my fingertips!!!

went to lordco to buy  new oil pressure sensors so i can replace em...they tell me no such thing...

so now im taking it apart to get the part #

i installed a rising rate fuel pressure regulator, took away the hesitation i was experiencing when the boost came on not to mention the top en seems to have alot more go now...time to turn up the boost a bit :)

finished up on the engine swap on the bunny.  Only thing holding me back from getting this thing out of my driveway is an exhaust spring clamp.  give it.

Sounds like a bit of a band-aid for a poor fueling setup.  What are you running to control fuel?

got the heater core done on a mk3 jetta with a/c yesterday and a 4 wheel brake job on a volvo today but still no work on the bunny.  but i figure when i'm done all this work i'll have a bunch of funds for the rabbit and the new wheels

installed springs and new shocks into the daily 96 golf.

and took out FK coilovers that are in pretty decent condition, to install on the daily, lol.

tomorrow will be installing the coils and giving the springs and shocks and stuff to my cousin for cheap.

well thursday i returned my tail lights back to stock after i got tired of the nightshaded look:



And today (sunday) Dennis and i removed my head so i can get it sent out for a rebuild! everything looked good, only bit of corrosion on the head was by that steel plug on the aluminum block but cross hatching was all good and dennis said it looked damn good. Timing chain guides however i got to just in time ( that is suppose to be all one peice)...
