Been keeping track of this for the last little while. Exciting stuff although it seems it won't be open to the general public as it looks to be more of a dealership "test" track and high-end car resort. I could be mistaken but memberships are required and costs for those are pretty outrageous for the average joe. They should consider allowing general track days to the general public. It would be to their benefit.
