Been keeping track of this for the last little while. Exciting stuff although it seems it won't be open to the general public as it looks to be more of a dealership "test" track and high-end car resort. I could be mistaken but memberships are required and costs for those are pretty outrageous for the average joe. They should consider allowing general track days to the general public. It would be to their benefit.

Update:  This will be a track open to clubs and rentals as well as CACC road racing.  They are currently paving.  The biggest issue for us "mainlanders" would be the cost of hauling a race car on a ferry.  Might as well go to a track in the'll be cheaper depending where it is.
