What engine is in that E30 and Scirocco?  Many times the s2000 was full throttle high in the rev range and he didn't pull on either of those cars!

Sry for the late response.

E30(s) in this vid are all running in "spec e30". So engine is non modded(except exhaust) original 2.5 inline 6, which I think was in the 170hp range.

Scirocco runs in "Improved Production E", which lets you run anything power train wise from the OEM manufacturer as long as it bolts in. Aftermarket forced induction, brakes, engine management, etc is wide open. No wheel flares and you have to run DOT race tires.
That being said, it has a 2.0 reverse flow 8v engine on CIS, all oem parts. It has excellent torque all through the rev range. the BMW, and particularly the Honda, not so much. They are currently better under braking.

Extremely fun car to drive, and even more fun when others see the old style 8v on CIS when they come by to check it out after the racing.

Everybodys thinking 16v, lol

In the first vid, he was chasing fuel mixture issues(too lean), so it wasnt running 100%. In the following he had it much closer so it could be revved out.
