Help needed to fix interior heating flaps

My Jetta Auto lost all its foam rubber heater flap covers and I don't have any hot air. I don't know how to remove the facia to get at them to repair. If someone out there has done this before, I am prepared to pay you to get it done.....or pay for detailed advice to do it myself.  Any takers?  Thx.

I used aluminum foil tape for mine, taped each blend door on both sides to seal them up. There are lots of pictures in this thread:
