A4 B5 AEB Stage 1 flash

Anybody know a place to do a stage 1 flash on a 98 AEB 1.8T...? Whats it usually cost? I know its around 600-800 for the B6 cars...but that would not be worth investing into a otherwise stock b5 so just wondering what options there are?

GIAC has a sale going on now. $270usd for the AEB flash. This is their only dealer around here.
