Where is the best place locally to purchase Phillips D1S bulbs? So far the cheapest I have found is Lordco for $128 ea. (non membership price).

Not local, but theretrofitsource.com is great. Just did an order for H1 bulbs, D2S bulbs, HID conversion kit, and a bunch of spare parts and it was a great experience. They're knowledgeable, fast, and high quality.

Im running morimoto ballasts and OSRAM XENARC 66240 CBI from the retrofitsource and couldn't be happier

I ordered a pair of D1s CBI's from the retrofit source, one of them arrived non working. If you check their policy it says no returns/refunds/warranty on bulbs and now I am out $100USD.

That's not good. Personally I like to stick with the Phillips bulbs they seem to last
