We just picked this up last night.

Bone stock, base GLI.

We've got Jetta Hybrid tails coming in from germany for it. Ultra lows are waiting to go in next week, and wheels should be here soon.

They just announced the MY13 GLI's will get the LED headlight treatment too, so we'll have to do some digging around for OEM LED Jetta headlights so we don't look out of place.

We just got our set of wheels for the car. Very OEM look for the GLI. Hartmann sent us some 19" scirocco/cc wheels. They look pretty good wrapped in 215/35's

When I was at APR they had their TTRS there. It was super nice. The 5 cyl turbo is definitely a nice compromise between the VR sound and the 2.0T power potential. They had almost 600 HP on theirs with a bigger turbo and some minor additions.

yea, they look pretty aggressive, hard lines on the new models, nice front end, awesome interior, and pretty strong motor to back it all up

We have a customer waiting to take delivery of his new RS5... I'm looking forward to seeing one of those in real life.

my buddy robin has been into rpi a few time with his s5. that thing sounds the business and apparently he has been told that he has to drive the car harder hahaha. i also hear that rpi has plans for his car? i may have to ask him about that.

Yeah. Robin is a nice fellow. I'm not sure what him and Warren have been discussing, but the car is pretty rad as is.

Finally had some down time in the shop to get the GLI in and get the Ultra Lows installed. They are almost all the way up and the car still sits ten times better than stock.

We put the old Neuspeed wheels from the gti on until the new wheels arrive.

In the meantime, this will do juuuussst fine.
