Hey whats happinin everyone!
I am putting together a drive up to mount baker! We want to make as big of a showing as we can! so lets spread the word!

I have a place right by baker and do this drive at least 6 times in the summer, it's just great.

U have to make sure you plan it before the first big snow fall so you can go right to the top parking lot.

The past couple times i've been using my Motorsports HERO cam to get some nice road video. It would be cool to do this drive with a group as well.

I took a couple trips up last friday with the cam, i'll try and post some video once i get around to editing it up.
The road is being worked on, but i dont think they work on weekends which would be good for a group heading up.

the road is super smooth, except for a couple of bumps. once you get closer to the top section, there is quite a bit of gravel on the road. so dont tailgate, or you'll get rock damage.

does everyone know where grandview corners in white rock? its 160th and 24th by the new super walmart... we could meet in the far corner of that parking lot... nice and close to the border, grab our tim hoes and then go to duty free for some cheap liquor!

theres a tim hortons just by the new h&m or at walmart, i would say either one of those would be a good spot to meet up as its close to the border

I'm still planning on going. Who cares if it's 5 cars or 40 cars. Let's just do the drive. I don't need a specifc amount of cars to make it worth my while to take my car for a rip.

I'm heading down to Mt. Reinier friday and hope to be back at my cabin by saturday night so i can go sunday morning. If anything i'll have to meet the group at the foot of baker, Maple Falls area.

What time are you guys planning on heading down? It looks like this might be one of the last good weekends for awhile.

supposedly were to meet at joes parking lot (its a sports outfitter thats closed out) at 9am them rolling out at 1030 from there. ill be at church until 1030 in lynden so ill just be ahead and waiting for the pack to rip on through.

Well it looks like i'm out. I wont be able to make it back from Mt Rainier till at least late sunday. I was sooo looking forward to the cruise with a bunch of ppl.

I'm still going to go for a drive up when i get close, hopefully i'll catch u on the way down. All depends how long it take me to get from Winthrop to Baker. Have a good trip and post some pics when you get back.

what would be great is if someone could text me as youre all leaving joes parking lot because i expect to be just leaving lynden about 1030. itd be even better if things could be held off for 10 mins so i can catch up but i doubt thats gonna happen. thanks 778 928 7622
