life is short. If driving the car puts a smile on my face, then I'm doing that every day I'm above ground.

This. Right here. This is what it's about.
Great job, man.

Karmannski roof trims looking great along with new heated blue tinted side mirrors
I LOVE driving this thing!

Have to find time to start putting the interior back in.

I ended up driving down to Oregon and replacing some parts with dent-free ones to cut down on bondo work before painting.
Worked ok, and the parts didn't cost too much at all.
Good guy named Corrado Steve was super helpful.

If your located in pitt and was just driving back to your house. It's a well put together car! Curious was this hiding under a car cover for a while? I've walked by it couple times wondering if it was for sale Haha

Hi,
Yes it was under a tarp (mistake, won't do that again) for about 4 yrs while my wife went through cancer.
Finally got it back on the road again in 2016, did small maintenance to it and finally the body got to teh point where I had to sink some $ into it.
Very glad I did.
And so continues the maintenance plan.... brakes, exhaust, engine are planned for the future.
Trying to keep it classic, but up updated.

Will have it at GCVW on Sunday.
